Take care of your body's natural rhythm! Dim all the lights in the evening several hours before bedtime. Shut off your computer and television at least an hour before going to sleep. Staying in the dark in the evening makes falling asleep easier and helps to keep your inner clock in sync. Also, make sure that no light can enter your bedroom during the night. Sometimes a sleeping mask can be helpful.
