Description

Falling asleep may be difficult when anxious thoughts flood your mind. It is hard to calm down and relax if the thoughts keep racing in your head. This daily exercise is aimed towards helping you to wind down your mind before going to bed.

  1. Take a pen and a piece of paper and write down all the worries that arrive when you close your eyes.

  2. Give the worries a priority number based on what is the biggest concern on your mind.

  3. Leave the paper in another room and get back to it in the morning.

  4. You can always get back to the list and update it if necessary.
