The first week is an exploration of your sleep need. While this may sound simple, defining the optimal sleep duration needs your attention and experiments.
Most of us do not actually know how much they need sleep; they just sleep when they can. Usually too little. Individuals have very different sleep needs: for most of us, the sleep needs falls between 7-9 hours. Getting familiar with the sleep need is the ground for finding your optimal sleep rhythm.
